The green competence self-assessment tool is developed by INVEST European University led by the idea of enhancing the sustainability and inclusiveness of the regions the partners are embedded in. The tool's purpose is to provide an overview of green competences, and to detect which competences need to be elevated and improved. The green competence self-assessment tool is theoretically based on a major EU research project called GREENCOMP, which can help learners become systemic and critical thinkers, as well as develop agency, and form a knowledge basis for everyone who cares about our planet’s present and future state.
